     Named "One of Arizona's 10 best B & B's" by Phoenix Magazine, this stately 1906 Victorian home is located in the Historic District of Prescott and is the only Bed and Breakfast within easy walking distance (three blocks) to Courthouse Plaza's restaurants, shops, galleries and "Whiskey Row".        

     Completely renovated in 1990 and redecorated in 2007, the spacious, comfortable and charming accommodations make everyone feel welcome.  All four guestrooms have private baths and include two two-room suites; one with fireplace and the other with private deck. The warm hospitality of owner Jeanne Watkins offers visitors to the high desert a place to relax and enjoy the wonders of historic Prescott.
